How Delivery Costs are Calculated
Delivery charges, where applicable, are calculated based your shipping address, and the actual weight and dimensions of the products you order.
Prior to placing an order, delivery costs may be determined by starting to place an order, entering only your postcode (Australian orders) or country (International orders) then clicking Continue. The next screen will outline the delivery options available, and the cost (if any) of each. How Long Does Delivery Take?
Our online checkout will estimate the delivery time to your location for each available delivery method, calculate the cost of each method, and let you make the choice.
Gift Wrapping
We offer a choice of gift wrapping options, together with the ability to include a personal message to the recipient of each item.
You will be asked at the start of the checkout process whether you would like to take advantage of this service.

Delivery Within Australia
Our online checkout offers two types of delivery within Australia, Standard and Express post.
Orders Exceeding AU$150 Orders Less Than AU$150 Whichever delivery method you choose, you pay only actual cost of delivering the products you order. International Delivery
Orders are shipped to our international customers by Australia Post Air Mail.
Orders over AU$150 We will make a contribution towards your shipping costs, equivalent to the cost of shipping your order to an interstate Australian address. |
